A referral is not required to start treatment at Oak Lane Physiotherapy.  However, please check with your extended health benefits provider in case they require a referral from your physician in order for you to be reimbursed. Direct billing is available for many extended health benefit plans. Payments can be made by cash, debit, credit card, or e-transfer. Payment is due at the time of service.

If you have had an elective Total Hip Replacement or Total Knee Replacement performed at Brightshores Health System, your initial rehabilitation is covered by the hospital network under the Bundled Care Program. Oak Lane Physiotherapy is pleased to partner with Brightshores to offer this service - please call the clinic to schedule or for more details.

 

Oak Lane Physiotherapy is a private physiotherapy clinic and the fees are not covered under OHIP. If you require OHIP-funded physiotherapy, please visit Ontario Funded Physiotherapy to find a local clinic option.
